When should I reserve ?

It is important that you make your reservation as early as possible. Our products are in high demand, so making your reservation early insures that you will get the items you want. We recommend that you make reservation at least three weeks in advance. Items are reserved on a first come, first served basis until supply lasts.

When should I pay ?

Payment of order is due on delivery.

Is delivery available ?

We ask for a 200$ minimum order (excluding taxes and delivery charges) to deliver. Orders less than 200$ (excluding taxes and delivery charges) must be picked-up directly at our warehouse.

Can I cancel items ?

It is possible to add or cancel items on your orders up to 48 hours before delivery.

Do I need to wash the dishes ?

We take care of washing the dishes once they are returned to us.

What happens if items are damaged or lost ?

The customer is responsible for all damaged or lost items. We charge the replacement price of the damaged or lost items.

Additional delivery charges ?

  • Evening pick-up or delivery: additional fees
  • We deliver at the place of your convenience when the order is at least of 200$ (before taxes).
    Beside this, a transportation fee will be calculated depending on both the quantity of equipment and the distance from the warehouse. If the delivery is not at the main floor, please make sure you inform us where we should deliver the merchandise to.
